She has led multi-cultural, multi-country winning teams. Worked in the
areas of Investment and commercial banking, Investment Management to
Investment & Trade Promotion, Investment Research to Policy Advocacy,
Public & Private Equity.  She is hands-on in deal sourcing, deal structuring,
heading mega projects, leading due diligence, negotiation, turnaround
management and value creation, etc. Engaged in assignments/transactions
across North America, Asia (incl. India and China), Middle East, North
Africa and Pakistan.

She has an MBA, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University,
USA joint degree with Schulich School of Business, York University,
Canada; Ex – Ed, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Harvard Business School;
Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI), USA. Registered with Pakistan
Institute of Corporate Governance.

Serving on the BoD of Quaid-e-Azam Solar Power (Pvt.) Limited and the
Development in Literacy (DIL), Toronto Chapter. Part of Alumni
Admission Council, Northwestern University, USA.
